Kelly’s Kleaning Services provides commercial, residential, and construction cleaning services as agreed upon in written estimates, proposals, or service agreements.

• All estimates are based on the scope of work provided
• Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions differ from initial assessment
• Additional services must be approved before work begins

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may be subject to fees
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. Delays may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

• We are fully insured and take care to protect your property
• Pre-existing damage should be documented prior to service
• We are not responsible for: 
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation of fixtures/surfaces
  • Damage not caused by our team

We strive for high-quality results. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service so we can address them.
